Revokes a regulation keeping guns from mentally impared people

This bill prevents a rule by the Social Security Administration from taking effect.

The regulation prevents recipients of disability insurance based on mental impairments from buying guns. It does this by adding their names to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).

It makes use of the Congressional Review Act, which allows Congress to revoke new rules issued by federal agencies.
