Revokes the rule to disclose payments to foreign governments

This bill revokes the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rule requiring drilling and mining companies to disclose payments made to foreign governments.

The rule was implemented to enforce a provision of the 2010 Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

This bill revokes the rule using the Congressional Review Act.
