This bill would make Right-to-Work the national policy, rather than allowing individual states to implement it.
This means that nationwide, workers would not be required to pay a union representing them - even if they benefit from higher wages and improved work conditions negotiated by the union.
This is at least the 5th try for a national right-to-work law
